Sculptural Stone Carving - 4 weeks in November

Come to Malleable Studios and learn the art of traditional stone carving in the three-dimension using hand tools! In weekly two hour sessions, every Tuesday in November, you will learn how to handle the 3 basic tools and create a stone sculpture. Students will work on making a simplified animal shape, unless they have a particular shape they would like to carve (within class parameters). No experience necessary. All tools are provided. Cost of stone is additional so you can choose your material. Show up wearing closed toed shoes and with a desire to pound on things until they turn out beautiful!
